1. General Refund Policy
FIRST STOP IT TECHNOLOGIES provides secure payment gateway and API integration services. Refunds are processed in accordance with the terms below to ensure transparency, compliance, and fair handling of all refund-related matters. Refunds apply only to transaction amounts processed through our payment gateway, not onboarding or service fees.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be initiated under the following conditions:
The customer was charged but did not receive the product or service from the merchant.
Duplicate or erroneous charges caused by technical issues.
Transaction disputes validated during investigation.
Merchant has approved and formally requested a refund through the dashboard or support channel.
Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions (after verification).
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
Merchant delivery issues caused by user error (wrong address, cancellation after delivery, etc.)
Products/services that violate Pakistani law
Transactions processed for non-refundable digital goods (unless legally required)
Cases where the merchant refuses or fails to provide required evidence
3. Required Documentation for Refund Processing
To request a refund, the merchant must provide:
Transaction ID
Customer complaint or justification
Proof of non-delivery or service error
Customer’s CNIC and bank/ wallet details (if required)
Supporting screenshots or logs (for API-related issues)
FIRST STOP IT TECHNOLOGIES may request additional information if needed for verification or compliance.
4. Refund Processing Timelines
Initial review: 24–72 business hours
Approval & technical validation: 3–7 working days
Bank or wallet reversal (if approved): Usually 3–10 working days depending on the payment partner
Refund processing time may vary depending on banks, mobile wallets, or third-party providers.
5. Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants must maintain clear refund and return policies on their website or storefront.
Merchants are responsible for customer support, verification, and communicating refund outcomes.
All refund decisions must comply with Pakistani laws and FIRST STOP IT TECHNOLOGIES’ platform policies.
Excessive refund or dispute rates may result in account review, suspension, or additional documentation requirements.
6. Platform Rights & Limitations
FIRST STOP IT TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right to:
Approve or decline refund requests based on evidence
Request additional documentation
Delay refund processing if fraud, misuse, or violations are suspected
Refuse refunds involving illegal or high-risk activities
Report suspicious activity to relevant authorities
The platform is not responsible for merchant delivery issues, product quality, or customer-merchant disputes unrelated to payments.
7. Fee Refund Policy
Service fees, onboarding charges, API fees, integration costs, and monthly subscription fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Only the transaction amount may be eligible for refund, subject to approval.
Any bank/wallet partner charges may be deducted depending on provider policies.
8. Suspension or Termination in Refund-Related Issues
Merchant access may be suspended or terminated if:
High dispute or refund ratios occur
Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
Merchant fails to provide documentation
Merchant violates refund terms, banking rules, or compliance requirements
9. Changes to Refund Terms
These Refund Terms may be updated periodically. Any changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications. Continued usage of our services implies acceptance of updated terms.
